I’ll be honest. I called Jerry at Brook and Son’s because his number was at the top of the list of licensed contractors under “B”. Only in retrospect have I realized how lucky I was. Jerry was quick to respond, extremely professional, and went above and beyond in providing services. I needed a home inspection for my insurance company, who was very picky and incredibly detail oriented. Several times they requested for more information to be sent over. Each time, Jerry revised his report to meet their specifications and sent it back to me immediately. Additionally, he left me with several recommendations for the long term well being of my home.
